    Designing and Conducting Health Survets.
(Jossey-Bass, 2006) Aday, Lu Ann; Cornelius, Llewellyn J.
Health surveys serve as a critical resource to measure the health status, risk factors, and health behaviors of the population and to assess the level of quality of the health care received. They also permit the identification of disparities in health care associated with access, use, cost, and insurance coverage and serve to identify related patterns and trends over time.

    Evidence-based Medicine Workbook
(BMJ Publishing Group, 2003) Paul Glasziou; Chris Del Mar
Medical practitioners, particularly GPs, are overloaded with information. Th ey simply cannot keep up with reading all the scientifi c literature and other information that arrives on their desk every week. Encyclopedia of Counseling
    (Routledge, 2008) Rosenthal, Howard
A friend of mine who had just written a popular book called me to share his good fortune. The book was taking off and things were looking fantastic. He had been a guest on a number of local and national radio talk shows and had even hired a professional publicist. The St. Louis Post Dispatch jumped on the bandwagon and did a huge story on him replete with a picture.

Handbook of Spirituality and Worldview in Clinical Practice
(American Psychiatric Publishing, Inc., 2004) Josephson, Allan M.
This work began with questions that several of us had as we struggled to understand the place of our own and our patients’ worldviews in our clinical work. Collaborative exploration of these issues among colleagues, several of whom have authored chapters in this volume, led to several presentations at annual meetings of the American Psychiatric Association. Over the past decade, these workshops, symposia, and courses have increasingly focused on the worldview of the clinician as an underappreciated variable in the clinical encounter. More recently they have also included presentations by psychiatrists who represent specific worldviews. This book is the published result of these activities.
