After a week of residential yoga intervention, we found significant (p<0.05) results in Bhramari, Symptom score, Organ Energy Spine-cervical zone, Diastolic and Organ Balance- Endocrine system . Variables which are not significant are excluded from result section. In our research we found significant changes in  Bhramari Time (p<0.001).  Symptom score (p<0.001).  Organ Energy Spine-cervical zone (p<0.028).  Diastolic (p<0.039).  Organ Balance- Endocrine system (p<0.048) Conclusion:From the study conducted on a small sample size (i.e. 40), it was concluded that IAYT play a significant role in reducing pain, increasing breathing capacity, strengthen the cervical region, reducing diastolic BP and also increases hormone level .
