Settings and Design: The participants were from Arogyadhama (Yoga hospital), VYASA, Bengluru, and South India’. The present design was a simple survey type of design. Methods and Material: All subjects were assessed using a check list to find the relation between disorderliness in digestion and other symptoms of the body in every subject. Results: Comparison of all symptoms was made and the highest percentage obtained for each symptom for all three groups were taken into consideration. Conclusions: The result suggests that indigestion, poor digestion and over digestion are associated with muscle cramp. Similarly headache is also associated with indigestion and poor digestion.
