    The work started way back in 1977 in Kanyakumari to unravel the hidden secrets of Yoga by systematic internal research and literature search. The central question was "Can Yoga be useful to solve the challenges of our society such as stress, psychosomatic ailments, social disharmony, student unreset, family divorces, increasing gun culture, terrorism, drug culture and so on?" Initially we took up Yoga as a therapeutic tool and for stress relief.
