Material and Method: - Sixty patients were recruited from Holistic Health Home at Bangalore, based on the inclusion and exclusion criteria after taking a written informed consent. The samples were divided into two groups i.e. Control and Experimental (Mantra chanting) group. The assessment was carried out at morning using Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) questionnaire. Results :- Between the post values of groups found statistically significant change and also both groups had significant improvement when pre values compared with its post values.
